In the agricultural market, a modern merchant complex of 40,800 square metres will be built near the Bagratonian subway.
According to the Mosco Architecture Press Service, the building will have a food market, a trade gallery, a cafe and an administrative part. The market will be submerged into functional areas where food items will be delivered on the first floor and on the second floor, prombets, clothing, administrative premises and cafeteria.
There will also be a parking space of 106 machine-spaces in the commercial complex. The market will be easy not only for motorists but also for pedestrians: it is close to the subway, ground stops and the main pedestrian area along the Barklay Street.
