The transport application " Troika " is a special programme that allows the use of existing tariffs on plastic payments maps and other electronic media as part of the joint projects of partners with the Moscow Metropolitan PCO.
The Moscow Social Register, a State unitary enterprise, has been issuing social maps with a designated triple application since 2014. This annex allows for the recording of tickets and subway tickets to the social maps, ground transportation, and the balance of the transport application, to be added to the use of urban transport on the Toroika ticket.
The transport application is accessible on social maps that do not have a preferential travel function.
The transport annex is defined in the following types of Social Map:
♪ Social card issued to pregnant women, as well as to those seeking a lump sum payment for the birth of a child
♪ Social map for persons receiving housing subsidies

Today, the Troika transport application is available on the Universal Electronic Chart (UEC) issued in Moscow after 1 April 2013.
No further action is required to activate the transport application of " Troika " on EC - the annex is already active. For UEC to be used as a travel ticket, it is sufficient to maintain the positive balance of the transport application " Troika " on EC. Just fill a map for any amount in the cassettes and the Moscow Metropolitan GPS tickets. In each passage through the metropolitan and ground transport tournaments, the fixed cost of travel will be automatically written off: the price of one trip on the subway and a monorells is 32 rubles, ground transportation is 31 roubles, and the 90 minutes rate will be 49 roubles.
In addition, it is possible to record:
• Single and 90 minutes for 1 to 60 trips or 1 day, 30, 90, 365 days;
● suburban trains in all cassettes of suburban and Moscow and Moscow stations.
The principle of the recording and operation of tickets and subscriptions in the transport annex is the same as that of the Troika. There is no need to update the map for suburban train subscriptions.
There is no transport application on the UEC map of the Moscow region and it cannot be used to pay for the public urban transport of Moscow.
