The Procedure 

The driver of your choice, or whoever is available, will be there with a sign with your name on it outside the exit gate.

I mean the exit to the arrivals hall! Some people stood inside the security area. No, we can't get there. Make sure you pass through all gates.

Don't worry if the plane is late. We'll know about it. If you are held up at the customs (unlikely) or because your luggage has been lost (happens in about 5% of all cases but is usually delivered next day) try to call but don't worry if you cannot. We'll wait as long as needed.

Always have my number on you. It is +7 985 217 3241. Don't hesitate to use it if things do not as they should. Try calling me from a LOCAL phone; avoid using a phone registered outside of Russia because costs (both connect and per-minute) are outrageous.

In some traffic situations it makes most sense to take the railroad to the city center, where we'll meet you at the exit from the station. It makes most sense with Domodedovo. At the time of writing this (July 2010) both Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo appear to be a mess. We can also travel by train to meet you at the airport. It all depends on the traffic situation, the number of people, and how much luggage you have.
