This offer is for English-speaking expats located in Moscow who need to travel in, around Moscow, and other regions of Russia within a 500-mile range, with an interpreter/translator, e.g. business trips, negotiations in cities other than Moscow, or sightseeing. 3-4 days’ notice preferred.

The vehicle is a high-roof Grand Starex Limousine, takes up to 7 passengers with luxury comfort and luggage, or up to 10 passengers with hand luggage and limited comfort.

For special cases, if you want more room in the van and carry a LOT of luggage, I have a trailer.

Professional experience: 20+ years as a translator /interpreter with the oil/gas majors, engineering and service companies, including 10+ past years working with a leading provider of price assessments, business intelligence and market data on the global oil, gas, electricity, coal, emissions and transportation industries. Traveled under challenging circumstances throughout Baltic States, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other FSU states. Technical competence and proficiency; advanced PC user. CV upon request.

This is an offer for small tourist groups or companies which need comfortable and safe transportation AND an interpreter to support technical/commercial negotiations on field projects, to draft agendas, protocols, presentations, etc. You save human resources and your budget by using this ‘2-in-1’ offer.

This is NOT a hotel-to-airport shuttle or similar service, sorry. My core business is translations, so with this luxury van, you will no longer need to seek an interpreter and transport. And you won’t have to give directions to the driver through an interpreter because the driver IS the interpreter. J

Booking available for at least 4 hours, $85/hr, fuel, insurance and other costs are included, advance bank transfer, or cash. Discounts for full day and more than one-day trips. 3-4 day prior notice is preferred.
