Free guide and drivers

I eek a living out of Moscow's hostile environment by, among other things, teaching English. My students often need more conversation practice than I can possibly give them, or than they can afford even at my very reasonable rates. I encourage them to offer themselves to English-speaking travellers as guides and drivers in exchange for conversation practice. They are invited to post their offers on my board. Do check it out if you want to connect to real people and/or save costs.

Or post a notice explaining your needs. Just be sure it is descriptive: include travel dates, explain your needs, and introduce yourself.

This offer will suit active and talkative people. You really need to be able to keep the conversation going for hours. Not a situation for everyone. You also need to be able to make corrections effectively, without disrupting the flow of conversation. So please assess if you can handle it first before contacting potential guide or drivers. Remember that "free" means a fair barter deal, not getting something for nothing.
