Freelance English Speaking Drivers in Moscow, Russia
Disclaimers

This project is a compilation of information. Drivers listed here are independent service providers, NOT my employees. The webmaster (Paul Voytinsky aka Pasha or "Uncle Pasha") can not be held accountable, in the legal sense, for the services provided by others.

Of course I collect and share feedback. Of course I will step in should a problem develop. Just don't hold me LEGALLY accountable. You hire an individual driver, not www.moscowdrivers.net or me, its administrator.

Services may be provided in the "local" style. Situation permitting, the driver may stop for a snack. Or take his kids along. Or have seedlings for his dacha garden plot on the back seat. No "professionalism" in the western sense of the word (although the trend is certainly that way, which does not necessarily make me happy).

Screw ups do happen. With us they are perhaps not as likely because the communication line between you and your driver is simple and direct. They are still possible and still happen. Please don't take us to court because you were late for an important meeting and lost a one million dollar contract. We are all stuck in a probabilistic universe.

Speaking of crew-ups, let me sweeten the pill. We do have provisions to minimize the probability of them happening and to fix the consequences. All of us have each other's numbers and an idea of who is where, etc. Our mobile phones are fully charged and there is some money on the account, and we are with the most reliable network operator available in Moscow. Most last-minute emergencies get sorted out quick and easy. Feel better now? Also see my "I'll keep you safe" guarantee. I hope that other drivers will follow the example.

There are things beyond our control. We aim to be at the airport half an hour before you are likely to appear out of the exit gate. But I've seen burning busses in the middle of the main highway leading the the airport, overturned tractor-trailers across the Ring Road, and fallen pedestrian overpasses. Please realize that these things happen here more frequently than in North America and Western Europe, and adjust your expectations accordingly.
