My comfortable daily travel distance is about 200 miles (300km) per day. Geographically, my area of expertise is between Moscow and St Petersburg but I'm not against other areas. The Golden Circle route is a bit too official to my taste but I can take you through Sergiev Posad, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl, Uglich etc. too. Usually a 3-4 day trip.
