I'm eternally grateful to her for teaching me that
auto accidents are an aspect of reality that may concern me - a fact . We got off lightly in May 2010 but the
idea of making a driver out of Alexandra was scrapped. Instead, in the
context of my projects, she reverted to her customary role of being
responsible for locating and organizing information while I, contrary to
the original deal, ended up driving her truck. She monitors airport
arrivals, advises me on road conditions, and does quick searches if am
not able to answer my clients' questions right away. In real life Alexandra
realizes her attraction to things weird and nonsensical by compiling biographies of obscure polar scientists, maintaining the site
of the
Kandalaksha Nature Reserve, and
In whatever capacity you hire me you will also get Alexandra's support, and vice versa. Talk to her if you are looking for information of any sort. Archive work is her particular area of expertise. Geographically, she knows well the Russian north, from Karelia and up, and especially the White Sea cost. The Moscow to Kola project would get nowhere without her providing bits of info and prodding me into updating the site once in a while. Alexandra also is extremely well-oriented in and around graveyards, and has an exceptional luck finding dead bodies washed up to the White Sea islands. An average of one per summer, and in her group she is the one to spot them first. She can be hired to look for graves or other traces of your close ones in Russia. She can also organize grave care.
